The service is great and the price for fax service is much less expensive than other companies. I love the fact I can fill out documents then email, fax, or file them away.

I use a Chromebook. I joined a Chromebook forum And PDFfiller came highly recommended when I needed to send a fax, fast. I was very impressed with the ease of transferring a PDF file and faxing it with a few very easy steps. I've since needed it again and to happy that I had it. I will definitely be checking out other option PDFfiller has to offer.

The format of the website was a lot to get used to as there are a plethora of options to go through. Once I was familiar with the site it became obvious this was everything I needed it to be. Great functionality, easy to use. Highly recommend.

What do you like best?
I love that this is a user friendly and cost efficient alternative to PDF editing. I have found that it can do everything (and more) than other services can. It is easy to use and excellent solution for our company

The SINGLE thing that I am not a fan of is the fact that encrypted pdfs can be sent but NOT returned encrypted. Sometimes I will send a form to an employee and need the PDF to be encrypted returned back to me and there is no option for that.

The encrypted services have been a burden but the benefits are abundant. It is a great tool and I love that I can send our employees forms to fill out and they can receive/return them from their phones.

Filled My Document My Way
Appreciate the abilty to pull in my own form and add to it. I would like an option to duplicate my current sheet, making my document 2+ pages like the import (or add a document) button and without loosing my comments.

The learning curve is not too steep. I'd feel more confident with it, if there was a way to save the document other than clicking DONE which closes it....it's better than the government forms I've hassled with!

I needed to use the service for an application
I needed to use the service for an application! It was only needed once. The day I was going to cancel it due to no longer needing the service the money had already come out of my account. They immediately refunded it and even offered a discount if I wanted to continue using it. I highly recommend it was an easy to use service with many benefits packed in.

I accidentally forgot to cancel my…
I accidentally forgot to cancel my subscription (I only wanted to use the free trial) and my PayPal was charged $144. I freaked out and emailed pdfFiller’s customer support and they got back to me within an hour and refunded me! In the future I plan on using their services (right now I can’t afford it) because of how amazing their customer support is!

Search Text in PDF
pdfFiller helps you quickly spot the word or phrase you’re looking for in a document regardless of how often it appears or the length of the document. Use the Search tool to find a word or a phrase in the currently open document. To activate the Search tool, click the magnifier icon in the main toolbar or press CTRL+F on your keyboard.
Type the text you want to find in the search field. The counter will show you the number of the current search term and the total number of search terms found in the document. The current search term is highlighted in green, the others are highlighted in red. To jump to the next instance of the search term, click Next; to return to the previous instance, click Previous.

How to Use the Search in PDF Feature
The Search in PDF feature is a powerful tool that allows you to quickly find specific words or phrases within your PDF documents. Follow these simple steps to make the most out of this feature:

Open the pdfFiller product and navigate to the document you want to search within.

Click on the 'Search' icon located at the top right corner of the screen.

A search bar will appear. Type in the word or phrase you are looking for.

As you type, the search results will automatically update, highlighting the matching words or phrases within the document.

You can navigate through the search results by clicking on the arrows next to the search bar.

How do you search for specific words in a PDF?
Use the Find toolbar to quickly search the current PDF and replace text. Press Ctrl+F for Windows or Command + F for macOS to open the Find toolbar. Enter the word you want to search for.
Why can't I search for words in PDF?
Problem: Your PDFs Aren't Searchable. It may be that you can't search your PDFs because they don't have any text in them. For example, if your PDF is a scanned document, it's just a picture of a document. It doesn't have any actual text for Windows to index.
Why can't I control f on a PDF?
Exactly how was the PDF created? The find feature will not find text if the text is an image, for example if the pdf was created from a scanned document. In this case the pdf will have to be OCR-ed (optical character recognition).
Why isn't my PDF text searchable?
Scan a document or open the PDF you want to make searchable on your phone and take a screenshot of it. Select the Edit menu, then right-click and choose Select All. This will select all of the text in the file. If nothing is selected, there is no text, and the file isn't searchable.
Why can't I search words in a PDF?
One of the main reasons why PDFs are not searchable is that they don't include any text. The PDF may be a scanned document or just an image-based document. If that's the case, then there is no searchable text. You can read the text within the image-based document, but the PDF tool cannot.
How do you enable search in a PDF?
All you have to do is: Using any browser, open a PDF document (right-click > Open with). Press CTRL+F or CMD+F, depending on your operating system. Alternatively, access the Find function in the menu bar.
